What kind of knife does Bear Grylls use on the Discovery show Man vs. Wild?

My husband is in love with this show, and wants a knife just like Bear's, but he hasn't had any luck seeing the name brand on TV or finding any info about it online. Does anyone know - or can anyone find it? The show comes on Discovery Channel, if you're not familiar with it... This would be an awesome Christmas gift for him, I'm just afraid I won't be able to figure it out either. I found one site that listed SAK, Buck Zipper,Cold Steel Voyager, as some he has used.I also found this site: http://www.lifesongadventures.com/newsletter/?p=44 and on there, there seems to be a lot of people asking what knifes he uses so you might want to check out some that are listed. It is pretty hard to get a good look at it, but I believe I saw the name on the blade. It said SOG, which makes sense because that is a maker of special ops. knives.
