I need a one year anniversary gift! Ideas?

So my boyfriend and I have been going out for almost a year now and I have no idea what to get him or make him. I've done all the cute things I can think of like make him a scrapbook, poems, notes, gifts [cigars...] and I just have no ideaaaasss!I'm 17 and he's 18. I feel like getting him a shirt that he thinks is funny gets old because I always go shopping for him. Like if I went to a store and I find something he might like [say a white polo] i get it for him for no reason at all. I want to do something for him thats cute that he'd never think I would do.... Does he play videos games? MP3 player? A nice outfit or watch. Does he need anything? Has he mentioned wanting to go anywhere or get something new? They make romantic heart shaped soaps with your photo and personalized message embedded inside. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff.
