they are taking the family to Paris for the weekend, but my brother and I want to get them a gift for under £100. Stuck for answers really. Want something a bit different rather than jewellery or crystal glasses / vases.

how about finding something that they couldn't afford on their wedding day, a toaster etc etc, buy it off eBay, even if the item doesn't work, it will bring back memories of their special day.Wish them a happy ruby wedding from all of us.

Collect different pictures of your parents starting from when they were young all the way to the present age. Scan tthe photos and copy them. Cut the copies into different shapes and make a collage out of the photos and frame them. A sister in law did this for our mother and father in law. It was fascinating looking at all the different pics and seeing how young they looked, the different hairstyles and dresses they wore throughout the years.

Hi I gave my parents two rose bushes called "Ruby Wedding" I had to order them from the local garden centre though. Congratulations to them both by the way!
