You could make a scrapbook of memories from their 32 years of marriage, with photos from their marriage to their children to more current photos. I am certain your spouse could help you with getting some of these photos together, and presenting them in a nice book would be a very thoughtful way to celebrate their anniversary.

WOW-Good for them!I personally like things that create memories. When you have been married that long you usually have everything you could want or need.Suggestions include:A family photo session at home, studio or a special location for them. Some themes include: -their children together (steps & spouses too or not)-their children together (steps & spouses too or not) with them-all of the grandchildren together-all of the grandchildren together with them-all of the great grandchildren together-all of the great grandchildren together with them-all of the great great grandchildren together-all of the great great grandchildren together with them-their siblings with them-their siblings w/o themAn intimitate dinner party that is hosted by the family for them to celebrate with a few of the couples that they socialize with. You can cook or have it catered by their fav restaurantA big bash-32 is no small feat after all!A family bbq or picnicA gift certificate for their favorite hotel with a gas card for a road trip or AMEX Travel gift cheques-they are replaceable if lost. . Tell them to spend a weekend together creating new memories for their golden years together. Go to AAA and get brochures for places that are 1-500 miles from their home that they might enjoy including info for spa resorts if their are any in the area. Wow, I will stop now but I hope this helps. I love to do different things and creating memories is always a good thing to do!BTW IMO you are a great daughter in law to ask because most will just grab whatever they can from where ever.
