| YES, I said Christmas gift LOL. My husband and I just got married and naturally have (or will have) tons of photos from the photographer. I was thinking of ordering some of the formals as Christmas gifts for the families and wedding party and mounting them on a mat and putting it in a frame. I want to do some embossing and scrapbooking type stuff on the matting so it looks pretty and decorative. What do you think? and where can I buy very inexpensive but good quality 8X10 frames?EDIT: Ooops.. I mean Would this BE a great christmas gift? |

| this is a great idea.....we had family members who did this and it was such a great gift to recieve....as far as cheap frame i would look into a dollar store like family dollar or dollar general |

| Yes that would be very romantic but maybe somthing else could compliment it because it is somthing that might be of value also to you but you are looking for him so get something that relates to both of you like the picture and then something men like like a football signed by like Ray Lewis or whoever... |

| That would be a wonderful present! I gave my brother and sis-in-law a scrapbook of their kids one year, and they both cried (happy tears). Check Michaels or a craft store for frames. |

I think it is VERY creative and I think they'll enjoy it! I love to scrapbook and a lot of people that don't know how to get started WOULD LOVE IT! I have given these as presents too and wow it sure does the job.  |

| i think t hat's a good idea. you can find wedding scrapbook stickers everywhere. another idea- if you want to write something on there (like the date) go to wal mart or hobby lobby and get paint pens- they have them in tons of colors including silver and gold. for the frames you can try wal mart, target, hobby lobby, and any craft store or frame store. sometimes frame stores will give you mattes for free. anyway, good luck and have fun! |
