I have PCOS I've had it ever since a younger girl, I was trying to conceive for 2 years basically on my own, but I was having unprotected sex from since the age of 17, my dr told me that I have small cyct on my ovaries, causin me to not ovulate, I am 5'1 and weight 130lbs, so i dont have to lose any weight, my periods are irreguler they are mostly 48-52 days, my fiance wants a baby just as bad as me, I was put on clomid 50mg for 2 cycles and didnt ovulate, now am on clomid 100mg, and I still have this feeling that I didnt ovulated, I have no signs of ovualtion such as slippery slammy egg white mucus, its hard to detect when am ovulating, the bbt doesnt really works with me my temputure is always the same, its sames as if each month is just getting harder and harder, my goal is before this year to out is to conceive a child, that would be one of the best christmas gift ever, anyone out there who have PCOS conceive, and please tell me what made you conceive

I have pcos, I also have three kids (two pregnancies). The first one was spontaneously conceived when I got sick of taking the pill and decided to stop taking and see what happened.....since the doctor said I would be more likely to get struck by lightning standing in my basement than to get pregnant........I got pregnant literally right off the pill, they said it was likely a fluke ovulation caused by stopping the pill. Second pregnancy I got pregnant on my first round of clomid. I didn't ovulate when I was supposed to.....it was day twenty something of my cycle, not day fourteen, but it worked!!! They said that it helped a lot that I was younger......my early twenties. My doctor did say that it gets harder as you get older with PCOS.

Did you have the cyst removed? With clomid you ovulate 5-7 days after you finish your last pill. One of the side effects is that it does cause you to discharge a lot which can be confusing when you are trying to find out if your ovulating or not. I would have sex every day from now until after the discharge stops.

I have PCOS and have had a laparoscopy to remove cysts, then I took FSH to become pregnant with my son. Clomid didn't work for me,either. Try talking to your doctor about Metformin, my doctor also prescribed that for me.
