| We're buying a watch for the groom as a wedding gift. he's getting married in the states (we don't live in the states) soooo What are like the "ooh la la" brands popular in the united states? we were looking at an omega watch that cost around 1200$ but i was told thats something more popular in the east and not so eye catching in the US. is this true? wats the most prestigious brand in watches i can buy for a guy living in america? please suggest something! thanks! |

| Well, there's always Rolex. That's a show-stopper. It really depends on your budget, but you could try Tag Heuer, Breitling, Cartier, Patek Philippe or IWC as well. |

| OK, wedding gifts are supposed to be for both the bride and groom. If it is just for him, it isn't a wedding gift.Ask him or his fiancee what types/styles of watches he's been looking at. Or, his Mom or Dad.You could spend thousands of dollars on a watch, so do some research first. Also, get a gift receipt, in case there is any problem. |
