Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For phone orders call 800-379-4065, Customer Service Representatives are available Monday - Friday 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on Christmas day, New Years day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

Q: Do you offer same day delivery and/or same day shipping?
A: Yes. Floral (fresh flowers, balloons, fruit baskets) orders within the continental US and Canada received by 11 am in the recipient's time zone are delivered by 6 pm that day. Orders received after 11:00 am in the recipient's time zone will be delivered next business day. Floral delivery is not available on holidays. In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of exotic flowers. Call to verify delivery information in your specific area. Shipped gifts (baskets, towers, wine) are shipped same day Monday-Friday if order is received by 10 am PST. If received after 10 am PST they will be shipped next day Monday-Thursday.

Q: How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
A: Once you order has been validated, you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. When contacting our customer service department about the status of your order, please indicate it is an Amazon order and provide us with your recipient's name.

Q: How can I ensure my gift will be delivered on a specific date?
A: Floral gifts will be delivered same day or up to 7 days following the placement of your order depending on when the order was received and the shipping option chosen. Unless otherwise indicated in the gift message portion, we will follow our shipping policy. You may call our Customer Service after placement of the order to indicate any specific delivery instructions.

You will receive a delivery confirmation on your order, but please remember Ground shipping does not ensure delivery on a specific date. For shipped gifts via UPS or FedEx, you will be provided with an online tracking number. For gifts indicated as being delivered by "Other" the delivery date will be provided. You may use the tracking number provided or the recipient's name when calling our Customer Service for additional delivery information.

Q: What else do I need to know about placing my order online?
A: Once you have made your gift item choice, you will be required to input delivery information as well as your billing address and credit card information. If you do not supply complete information or if we encounter a problem with your order we will need to contact you. Please respond to our phone calls and/or e-mails as soon as possible to avoid delivery further delays.

Q: Do you guarantee my order?
A: Yes. Although flowers and fruit baskets are perishable and cannot be returned, they are covered by our 100% Guarantee. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will either replace it or, in certain cases, offer a full refund or credit. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
