A: Personal Creations also offers volume discounts on orders of 200 or more pieces of the same item. Perhaps you are organizing a family reunion or planning your wedding.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Personal Creations accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: Can I return a personalized item?
A: Personal Creations stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.

Cancellations and changes must be made by 10:00 p.m. Central Time of the same day you place your order. To insure that your change is received, use the contact form on the website, or call our customer service department at 1-888-627-3283. Please identify yourself as a military customer, if applicable.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.

Q: Can I track my order online?
A: Most of our orders are sent via USPS or the CTC delivery service in conjunction with the USPS. Not all of these orders can be tracked. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via email in your shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
